Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our OCC team as Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations and customer center teams, working closely with avionics experts to tackle business challenges and drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment, supporting our OCC teams with data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement
  • Collaborating with avionics experts, operations teams, and customer center staff to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
