Job Summary:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing product information in English and Portuguese. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry via inbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in English and Portuguese
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Bilingual in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with call center software and technology
