Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to senior representatives when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective support to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with language translation software or tools
