Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Orkin Contact Center as Seasonal Customer Service Agents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class service to our customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and assisting customers with remedies to retain business. Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary computer and equipment to ensure success in this role
  • Supporting our field's peak season, which starts building around February
  • Managing the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Assisting customers by offering remedies to retain business
  • Utilizing gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
  • Working a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Participating in a four-week quality training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have 1-2 years of customer service experience within or outside a call center
  • Complete a Culture Index assessment
  • Verify your internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
  • Pass a background and drug screen
  • Meet the work-from-home requirements, including a private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise, a workspace with adequate furnishings and lighting, and a minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
