Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and drive growth across our streaming platforms. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations, Engineering, and Product Management, to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive growth across our streaming platforms
- Develop and maintain complex data models, including SQL, ETL pipelines, and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate data insights and recommendations
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks, and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on SQL, ETL pipelines, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong relational and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages
- Experience with data governance and quality processes
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP
Skills and Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
