Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data analysis and machine learning models to extract insights from large datasets. You will work closely with our clinical research team to develop and execute research studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into our research and development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement advanced data analysis and machine learning models to extract insights from large datasets

• Collaborate with our clinical research team to develop and execute research studies, including study design, data collection, and data analysis
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into our research and development pipeline
• Develop and maintain high-quality data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our research and development pipeline
• Collaborate with our data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and architectures to support our research and development needs
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation of research methods, data analysis, and results

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering)

• 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in R, Python, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of statistical testing and hypothesis testing
• Experience with data wrangling and preprocessing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering)

• Experience with clinical data and healthcare research
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare information systems
• Experience with data governance and data quality assurance
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical research and evidence generation
• Experience with trial design and execution
• Familiarity with Bayesian modeling and computational statistics
