Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats
- Answering questions and resolving issues related to healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
- Offering personalized support and guidance to help clients better understand their benefits and options

Requirements
