Responsibilities:

As a Retail Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a secure and efficient manner
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that our team is always informed and up-to-date
  • Providing feedback on call issues, helping us to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes
  • Upselling when required, using your knowledge of our products and services to provide customers with the best possible solutions

Requirements:

To succeed as a Retail Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using your own device (BYOD) and staying connected with our team through our collaboration tools
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
  • Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with excellent keyboarding skills and accuracy
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and our proprietary software
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with a strong understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves:

While the following qualifications are not essential, they would be a significant advantage in your application:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
  • Familiarity with our products and services, with a strong understanding of our brand and values
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience working in a virtual team environment, with a strong understanding of collaboration tools and remote work best practices
