Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack IT Manager to join our Windows Server OS team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT Regulatory group, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 10+ technical specialists, overseeing server relationships in a virtualized environment, and ensuring the highest level of uptime, quality, security, and performance. Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of technical specialists in providing 24x7 operational support for the Windows Server infrastructure

  • Oversee server relationships, perform system maintenance, and support the Windows Server operating system across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of efforts
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of innovation, trust, and open communication within the team and across the organization
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to ensure their growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Windows Server OS teams with 10+ technical specialists

  • 2 years of experience in IT support with a focus on VMware, SCCM, Infobot, and other related technologies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with hazardous client support and complex task management

  • Business acumen, data analysis, and ability to develop business cases and manager diagrams
  • Experience working in an enterprise support environment (e.g., NOC, ITOC, SOC)
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's core business processes, including appearing, stockroom activities, store intrigue, and company perspectives
  • Strong tendency towards technical or programming skills
