Position Overview

As an arenaflex Agent Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and promote arenaflex's products and services
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
