Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative I to join our team in Wyomissing, PA. As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with sales representatives and service specialists, and maintaining accurate customer records. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with sales representatives and service specialists to maintain accurate customer records, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitoring account receivables and processing accurate payroll information
  • Performing general clerical duties as assigned, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative I, you'll need:
