Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Representative – Remote Customer Service & Healthcare Data Processing

Key Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and verify patient referral data into various systems for use by all personnel

• Review and verify data entered into the database to ensure accuracy
• Process all faxes in a timely and efficient manner
• Confirm that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed
• Effectively communicate with Center employees if additional information is needed to process requests
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Centralized Services Supervisor

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment, and you'll be working remotely from the comfort of your own home. You'll have access to standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. As a remote employee, you'll be expected to maintain a dedicated workspace and adhere to arenaflex's remote work policies.

Physical Demands

Travel

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• One plus year of experience in customer service/data entry, with healthcare experience preferred
• Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry, with a minimum of 9,000+ KSPH
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver, and a team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED), with continuing education preferred
