Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving functional effectiveness and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business growth
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and cross-functional teams
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or mathematics
- At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as SQL and Excel
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to identify areas for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or mathematics
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, such as Salesforce or Oracle
