Key Responsibilities

As a Jr Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims.
  • Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently.
  • Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Requirements:

+ Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week + A reliable internet connection is a must

  • Location: This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from around the globe, with a preference for those in the United States
  • Work Schedule: Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with a minimum of 5 hours per week

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
