  • As an Onboarding Specialist at OneDigital Health and Benefits, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience for our new broker partners. Reporting directly to the Director of Onboarding, this remote position is crucial in bridging the gap between our organization, our dedicated consultants, and the brokers who rely on our innovative health and benefits solutions.
  • You will be instrumental in guiding new clients through the entire onboarding journey, meticulously managing all communications and follow-ups with internal teams, carrier partners, and the brokers themselves. Your keen attention to detail will ensure that every step of the process is executed flawlessly, with a constant focus on enhancing the broker experience and accurately tracking revenue generation.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with Regional Sales Consultants, providing essential support relative to the sales pipeline and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to activation.
  • You will act as a key liaison with our valued carrier partners, navigating the complexities of the onboarding process to facilitate efficient integration and service delivery.
  • Your responsibilities will extend to managing the collection and verification of critical data throughout the onboarding phase, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all parties involved.
  • You will be responsible for providing timely and informative updates to brokers, as directed by the sales consultants, keeping them informed and engaged throughout their onboarding journey.
  • A vital part of your contribution will be to meticulously document all steps and process flows internally, creating a clear and accessible record that supports continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • You will foster effective communication channels with all internal teams, including but not limited to sales consultants, data analysts, and finance analysts, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve onboarding objectives.
  • You will coordinate and prepare for cross-functional team meetings, ensuring that all necessary stakeholders are informed, prepared, and engaged in driving the onboarding process forward.
  • This role demands an individual who can adeptly manage multiple tasks simultaneously, transitioning smoothly between different responsibilities without compromising quality or deadlines.
