The Opportunity
As a customer service representative for arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to work from home and provide support for our leading cruise lines. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone
- Answer questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
- Help customers with booking and travel-related issues
- Utilize the Arise Platform to access client programs and schedule work intervals
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or travel industry setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and phone systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the travel industry, particularly in customer service or sales
- Familiarity with cruise lines and travel-related products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
