Experienced Lead Customer Service Representative – Store Operations and Team Leadership

Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Operating the register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change accurately and efficiently
- Making purchase suggestions to customers, promoting arenaflex products and services, and driving sales growth
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
- Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience, and developing leadership skills
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards for appearance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fun and energetic team environment
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing disruptions
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and make change
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical requirements as outlined below
Preferred Qualifications:
* Entry-level management experience, with a focus on leadership development and team management
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service
- Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on academic achievement and personal development
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
