Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other communication channels to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes and services
- Upselling when required to meet customer needs and increase sales
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service
- Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate Windows operating systems with ease
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
- Experience with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
