Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and other communication channels to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes and services
  • Upselling when required to meet customer needs and increase sales

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service
  • Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate Windows operating systems with ease
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
  • Experience with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
