Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to drive business growth and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and deploying complex predictive models using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering
• Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support
• Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customers
• Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the impact of business decisions and optimize processes
• Developing and maintaining software applications using programming languages such as Python, PySpark, and TensorFlow
• Utilizing cloud computing platforms, including Azure and Databricks, to deploy and manage large-scale data processing workloads
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics, or a related field

• At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong background in statistical modeling, data engineering, and programming
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, or a related field
• Experience working with large-scale datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, PySpark, and TensorFlow
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Azure and Databricks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, or a related field

• Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies
• Experience in reinforcement learning and healthcare applications
• Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib and Seaborn
• Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
