Job Summary:
arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and empathetic Seasonal Customer Service Agents to join our remote team during hurricane season. As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals affected by natural disasters, working from the comfort of your own home. This is a W-2 employee position with paid training and flexible schedules, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact during critical moments.

Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers affected by hurricanes with empathy, professionalism, and care
- Providing accurate and timely support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Documenting call outcomes in company systems to ensure seamless customer experience
- Attending a paid 1–2 day virtual training session before activation to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Remaining on standby for rapid deployment during hurricane season to provide critical support to our customers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Residency in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, or Texas (required)
- Fluency in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Excellent typing, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace with a reliable internet connection
Technical Requirements:
To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you will need:
- A desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks or tablets)
- Windows 10 or higher (64-bit only)
- 8GB RAM minimum
- CPU: Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen (no Atom or Celeron processors)
- Wired internet (Ethernet only) with:
+ 20 Mbps download speed (minimum) + 20 Mbps upload speed (minimum) + Network latency no more than 250 ms + Noise-cancelling headset
