Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll be the go-to person for resolving customer complaints, escalating issues, and providing helpful solutions that ensure our customers have a great experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed - Provide helpful solutions and recommendations to customers to ensure their satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar industry - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Knowledge of industry trends and regulations - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
