Job Summary

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are connected with job opportunities and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are connected with job opportunities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver availability and job assignments
  • Provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their care needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our caregivers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our care services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a care-related role, with a focus on lead management and coordination

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with AidQuest or similar chat employment lead management systems

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, with a focus on care coordination and management
  • Experience working with caregivers and clients, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing exceptional support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
