Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in providing document review and data entry support to our clients. Your assistance will make a significant difference in the organization you support, and you'll have the opportunity to provide successful administration.

Primary Job Duties

* Provide production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning

  • Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing
  • Process documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
  • Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information
  • Provide great customer service
  • Train and cross-train others as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

* Be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM on a computer (Test Required)

  • Experience working under and meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass both a criminal background check and a drug screen
  • Be detail-oriented, have good problem-solving and communication skills, accurately interpret information, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must have Wired Internet available (Test Required)
  • High School Diploma or GED

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
