Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, operating a cash register, and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and customer service best practices
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with cash handling and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
