Key Responsibilities

- Become a product expert, staying up-to-date on our latest products and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance metrics and deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Experience working with a diverse customer base, including international customers
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
