Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to live chat inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and contribute to the development of our customer support strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement customer support strategies and processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
