Job Description

As an AidQuest Chat Caregiver Lead Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and accurate communication with our caregivers and clients
  • Maintaining open and visible job postings to attract top talent and meet our staffing needs
  • Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure seamless integration of new caregivers into our team
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and caregiver management
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve our recruitment processes and caregiver satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, caregiver management, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with caregivers, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms and recruitment software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., human resources, social work) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare or social services industry

  • Knowledge of caregiver management software and systems
  • Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with caregivers and clients from diverse backgrounds
