Bookings Consultant for a Healthcare Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)
• Receive and process shift requests from clients and staff via calls, emails, and online portals such as Entire HR and Shift Match
- Allocate staff members to shifts, ensuring appropriate coverage based on availability, qualifications, and client needs
- Amend shift details promptly to reflect changes such as cancellations or staff unavailability, maintaining up-to-date scheduling information
- Update staff availability and restrictions in the database, including facilities where assignments are not permitted
- Collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure shift fill and response rate benchmarks align with organizational policies
- Maintain accurate records and logs of calls, complaints, feedback, and staff restrictions
- Assist with documentation and compliance checks to ensure all staff meet role requirements on a weekly and monthly basis
- Provide support to staff and clients experiencing issues with the App, online portal, timesheets, or other scheduling tools
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the scheduling systems to support staff allocations and provide after-hours scheduling support as required
