Job Overview

As a full stack customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to clients across various industries. Schedule and Flexibility

As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to create a work schedule that works best for you, within the client hours of operation. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you will have the opportunity to choose your own schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Earnings and Revenue

Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

• Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Technology and Equipment Requirements

* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)

• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication

Work Environment Requirements

* Quiet, uninterrupted space

• Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
