Your Role

As a Remote Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Educating clients on tailored benefit solutions: Help our clients understand the benefits of our financial services and risk management solutions.
  • Presenting to clients on Zoom: Use your communication skills to present our solutions to clients remotely.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships: Build strong relationships with our clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism: Ensure that our clients' portfolios are accurately managed and that their needs are met.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A strong educational foundation is essential for success in this role.
