Job Summary

We're seeking experienced remote data entry specialists and research participants to join our team at arenaflex. As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, while ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. As a research participant, you'll have the opportunity to participate in various studies and focus groups, providing valuable insights and feedback to help shape our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, while ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail

• Participate in various studies and focus groups, providing valuable insights and feedback to help shape our products and services
• Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks and projects
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
• Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve issues, while ensuring seamless communication and coordination
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus, as more opportunities are available)
• Able to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
• Data entry skills, including the ability to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support

• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay and Benefits

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

• Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
