Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be equipped with the latest technology and training to become a product and solutions expert, able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
