Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
