Job Summary

As a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Broker with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team, working towards a path to agency ownership. You will be responsible for learning and implementing our training and sales system, engaging with our lead system, and building relationships with clients to help them achieve their insurance needs. You will also have the opportunity to earn significant income, with good full-time agents earning between $75-200K in their first year.

Responsibilities

* Learn and implement our training and sales system

  • Engage with our lead system to build relationships with clients
  • Help clients achieve their insurance needs, including life, health, disability, debt elimination, infinite banking, smart start, retirement, and long-term care
  • Work with clients to identify their insurance needs and develop personalized plans to meet those needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with other agents and team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets

Qualifications

* Currently licensed or willing to become licensed as a Life and Health Insurance Broker

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
