Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats in a fast-paced contact center environment
- Making policy changes, answering billing questions, and providing recommendations to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets
Qualifications & Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience
- Experience providing outstanding customer service, showcasing expertise, active listening, and fostering trust
- Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly
- Open to feedback to support your performance and development
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or higher (preferred)
- Active Personal Lines insurance license (preferred)
Essential Skills:

- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
