Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of our organization, and your ability to listen, learn, and adapt will be crucial in delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
