Job Summary

As a remote Customer Outbound Agent, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. You'll work closely with our sales team to build and maintain positive business and customer relationships, handle customer issues and complaints, and meet sales targets on time. Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet sales targets on time and consistently exceed expectations
  • Work closely with the sales team to support sales efforts and achieve team goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively promote and sell our products and services
  • Utilize virtual communication tools to stay connected with team members and customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in an outbound sales role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a SaaS company or a company with a similar sales model

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
