Job Description

As a Remote Customer Inbound Agent, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, handling customer issues and complaints, and meeting sales targets on time. You'll work closely with our team members and other departments to support sales efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet sales targets on time and exceed expectations through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Work with team members and other departments to support sales efforts and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth

Essential Qualifications

* Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to match the audience's needs
  • Good at building relationships and open to feedback and coaching

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
