Job Summary

As a remote Customer Inbound Representative, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling arenaflex's products and services to new and existing customers. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain positive relationships with customers, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell arenaflex's products and services to new and existing customers through phone, email, and other digital channels

  • Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction
  • Meet sales targets on time and work with the sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to support sales efforts and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
