Responsibilities

As a Fully Remote Customer Outbound Agent, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling products/services to new and existing customers
  • Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  • Handling customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Meeting sales targets on time
  • Working with team members and other departments to support sales efforts

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Excellent sales, negotiating, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
