Job Summary

As an Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for matching client needs to products and services, providing expert guidance and advice, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Friendly and approachable personality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Eager and willing to learn, with a passion for ongoing development and growth

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
