Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and effective solutions to our clients' needs
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
  • Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
  • Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Care Advisor with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and clients
  • Must be 18 years or older to meet our minimum age requirement
  • High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
