Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Daly City, CA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate documentation
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
