Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, SMS, and support tickets with professionalism and empathy
  • Scheduling appointments and communicating clearly with patients about details and next steps
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns or escalating when necessary
  • Managing support tickets, ensuring prompt response times
  • Developing a strong understanding of our services to assist customers accurately
  • Documenting insights and feedback to support team and process improvements
  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contributing to maintaining and improving customer satisfaction

Qualification Requirements

To perform this job successfully, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and professional tone
  • Comfortable using email, SMS, CRM systems, and ticketing tools
  • Quick thinking and strong critical thinking and resolution skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team
  • Genuine care for helping people and creating a positive experience
  • Experience in medical aesthetics or healthcare, remote work experience, and Zendesk are preferred
