Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments if applicable
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
• Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary
• Helping explain contract details to customers
• Managing existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free interactions
• Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
• Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
