Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Care Representative to join our growing team in Idaho. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, clients, and facilities through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining a quiet and distraction-free workspace

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving
  • 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home, free from interruptions and noise
  • Prior experience with arenaflex is not required, but we do require 6 months of experience for internal candidates

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting performance metrics and quality standards
