Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, or chat

• Utilize arenaflex's technology and tools to access customer information, track issues, and provide updates
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Excellent customer service and problem-resolution skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
• High-speed internet connection (internet speed test required)
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple windows and screens
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace with minimal interruptions
• Ability to come into the local arenaflex branch to pick up equipment provided for the assignment
• Availability to work a set schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional)
