Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team in Texas. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You'll work closely with our team members and customers to collect information, identify errors, and update our databases in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Participating in remote surveys and studies, following written and oral instructions
• Scanning through information to identify relevant data
• Correcting errors and organizing information
• Entering and updating information into relevant databases
• Ensuring data is backed up
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
• Handling additional duties from time to time
• Accurately inputting data into company databases and software systems following established procedures and guidelines

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A working camera on your smartphone or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of data confidentiality principles
• Access to reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry will be a plus
