As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from first-time travelers to seasoned frequent flyers. Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing a positive first impression

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Use various tools and systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure you're always providing the best possible service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. customer service, hospitality) preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
