* This role is an integral part of the Consistency Group, where you'll be responsible for maintaining lawful and administrative consistency by exploring and conveying prerequisites.

• You'll have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services.
• As a data entry analyst, you'll process everyday FBI fingerprints into Access databases and investigate any database issues.
• You'll plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different records, working intimately with HRIS and EC frameworks.
• In this role, you'll direct high-level examinations, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Consistency.
• You'll interact with clients and teams consistently, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

What You'll Need for Success

* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field + 3 years of experience in HR

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) + Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database

• Essential Skills:

+ Proficiency in modern Excel skills, including designing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup + Knowledge of modern Access skills + Ability to decipher large datasets to foster significant reports + Remarkable dynamic skills and solid organizational abilities + Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously + Demonstrated critical thinking abilities + Ability to regulate fair and steady use of organization strategies and government prerequisites + Ability to educate specialty units on government prerequisites, internal and external cycles, and results + Ability to function well in a team environment + Familiarity with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications + Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
